At Collars & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
